What we store

When you sign in with Twitch, we keep your Twitch account identity, channel settings, and session cookies so you stay logged in. If you connect Spotify, we store those tokens encrypted. Engagement features you turn on (chat XP, overlays, games) also write the stats and settings those features need.

Chat XP and overview stats include Twitch viewer profiles for people who chat in your channel (login, display name, message counts, XP) even when they never sign in to HeyKiko.

Why we store it

Only to run HeyKiko for your channel: the bot, dashboard, overlays, music, and games you enable. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics (for example sign-in and feature events). The browser may store a PostHog distinct id in localStorage. Server-side events are tied to your account id when you are logged in.

Third parties

Sign-in and chat go through Twitch. Optional music goes through Spotify. Analytics go through PostHog when configured. Those services apply their own privacy policies when you use them.

Your controls

Disconnect Spotify or Twitch from the dashboard anytime. Turning a feature off stops new data for that feature; contact us if you need help removing older records.
